Ever been in a serious situation where a joke you’ve seen or heard is randomly retrieved by your brain and you just can’t help but giggle inappropriately? Or at a lecture or a meeting you look at something on your phone/laptop that makes you laugh? Now everyone’s giving you the looks and you’re often asked questions like “What are you laughing at?” “What’s so funny?”. And you can’t reveal why, because the joke itself is inappropriate.
I think everyone should have their go-to “appropriate” joke which can pull you out from the pressured situation. This could even be a meme or a pun.
So, if I’m asked the question and I bet 100% of the time the actual joke’s going to be dirty. I’ll be pulling out my phone showing you this instead 😅:
